warm and inviting somatic attachment-based therapy.
trauma-informed, with a gentle approach to create a healing space for you.
welcome
i’m so glad you’re here.
Therapy is a personal journey, and no two paths will look the same.
You might be seeking a long-term approach to heal past traumas or change certain patterns. Maybe you are wanting short-term support to help you move through a difficult chapter in your life.
My therapeutic approach is relational, and we will work together to find the path that feels most aligned for you. Whether you are seeking to be heard, for your pain to be witnessed, or to find your way back to yourself, we will create the healing space that you need.
My areas of interest include supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, attachment trauma, neurodivergence, and depression. I enjoy supporting all clients in reconnecting to the wisdom of their body to develop a better connection to themselves and others.
I offer a non-judgemental and engaging space for you to share what you desire. I use a trauma-informed approach, and establishing emotional safety for you is my priority. I work with your pacing and I encourage you to share only what feels comfortable for you. As we get to know each other, you may wish to reveal deeper stories. However, sharing your most painful memories is not necessary for you to progress in your therapy journey.
my approach
what to expect in a therapy session
During sessions, we will use talk therapy to connect to your emotional inner world. Emotions are messengers that can help point to new awareness for you or express something that you have held on to.
Safely experiencing your emotions within therapy sessions can help change the way you relate to them. This can be a deeply reparative process of reconnecting to yourself. Through emotional regulation we will learn new safe ways of being, allowing you to move through life with a new found intuition.
